01. General Terms & Conditions

Ultrapari is an international online gaming platform serving players across multiple countries worldwide. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Ultrapari and all of its users.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bangla and English. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail. However, the Bangla version has been prepared with the highest accuracy for the convenience of Bangladeshi users.

02. Account Registration

To play on Ultrapari, you must register a personal account. Each individual may only operate one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, Ultrapari reserves the right to close all of them.

• Active mobile number (Bangladeshi numbers accepted)
• Date of birth (registration is not accepted if you are under 18)
• A strong password

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account is being accessed without your authorization, contact our support team immediately.

03. Age Verification

Ultrapari strictly enforces an 18+ policy. At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Ultrapari may request a copy of your national ID card or passport at any time to verify your age.

Withdrawals may be temporarily held until the verification process is complete. This is done to protect both you and other users.

• Providing a false date of birth during registration is a serious violation.
• Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately.
• Deposited funds will not be refunded in this case.

04. Deposits & Payments

You can deposit at Ultrapari using Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is BDT 100. The maximum deposit limit is determined by your account verification level.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• For failed deposits, please contact your bank or mobile banking service provider.

05. Withdrawal Policy

Your Ultrapari account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Additional documentation may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

5.2 Reasons for Withdrawal Cancellation

06. Bonuses & Promotions

07. Gaming Rules

7.2 Technical Errors

09. Account Suspension & Closure

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned after the investigation is completed.
